Terms of service
1. Who we are
This shop is operated by RelaxPals, Via Flavia 4, 00042 Anzio (RM), Italy ("RelaxPals", "we"). Contact: hello@relaxpals.com.
2. Orders
By placing an order you make an offer to buy the products in your basket. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if payment cannot be verified; in that case you will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your market. Prices for EU customers include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes are not included and may be collected on delivery. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free on every order. Estimated delivery times are shown in our shipping policy; they are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and right of withdrawal
You can return any item within 15 days of delivery as described in our refund policy. Consumers in the EU and the UK additionally have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6. Legal guarantee
The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies to all products. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
7. Use of the products
Our products are personal massage devices for relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Read the instructions before use, keep the device off bones, joints and injured areas, and consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.
8. Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered by email, can be used on any product in this shop and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
