Refund policy

15-day returns

You can return any item within 15 days of the day it was delivered, for any reason. Items should be unused where possible and returned in their original box with all heads and accessories.

How to return

Send us a message with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving them. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or stops working, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies to all products.

Your right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our 15-day return window is in addition to, and does not limit, this right.
