Delivery & returns

Delivery

Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to. Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days and usually arrive within 7–15 working days, depending on the destination. You will receive an email when your order is on its way.

We currently deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Türkiye and Saudi Arabia.

Prices shown in the EU include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes are not included in the price and may be collected on delivery.

Returns

You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. To start a return, send us a message with your order number. Pack the pal in its original box with all the heads and accessories, and send it back to the address we give you. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

We refund the full price of the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving them.

If your pal arrives damaged or stops working, get in touch and we will sort it out. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, always apply.
