How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free on every order. Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days and usually arrive within 7–15 working days, depending on your country. You will get an email when your order is on its way.
What is your returns policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to change your mind. Get in touch, send the pal back in its box, and we refund you once it arrives. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty. Your legal rights always apply.
Which pal should I pick?
Pip is the small, palm-sized one — best for neck, shoulders and arms, and the one that lives in a bag. Bean is the classic shape with a longer handle — better for the back, glutes and legs. If you want both, the Duo costs less than buying them separately.
Can I use it every day?
Yes — a few minutes per muscle group is plenty. Keep it moving, keep it off bones and joints, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an injury, check with a doctor first.
Is it loud?
No. Both pals are much quieter than a full-size massage gun — fine for a shared office or next to someone watching TV.
How do I charge it?
With the included cable. A full charge lasts for many sessions; the exact runtime depends on the speed you use.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently deliver to the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States, Türkiye and Saudi Arabia. Delivery is free everywhere we ship.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes — gift cards are delivered by email in €25, €50 and €100 and can be used on anything in the shop.
